+  Why sign up for a Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan?
Business CreditScore Pro is the best cost-effective way to manage the financial risk or health of your suppliers or and partners. It also helps you extend credit to potential new customers by first reviewing their Experian business credit scores. Under this bulk purchase plan you'll have access to up to 30 of Experian's CreditScore reports during each monthly billing cycle. These reports retail for $39.95 each.

You can save even more money by purchasing the annual subscription plan for $1,495 (Save over $800 compared with the monthly plan billing).

+  What does Business CreditScore Pro plan provide?
Business CreditScore Pro provides up to 30 CreditScore Reports per month (with a "Recommended Credit Limit" per location) at a fixed cost. Monthly and annual plans are available. Reports include a credit ranking score, payment history, collection filings, sales and employee counts (when available), and liens/judgments. Reports pulled under this plan are not enrolled in monitoring and future pulls of this report count against your monthly allotment.

+  How much does a Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan cost?
Our retail pricing can be viewed on our Products and Pricing page.

+  Can I access multiple company reports under a Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan?
Yes. You can access to up to 30 CreditScore reports during each of your monthly billing cycles. Business CreditScore Pro subscribers that reach and exceed the maximum number of 30 reports in a given month are then issued individual report prices thereafter.

+  What do the reports included in the Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan look like?
The Business CreditScore Pro plan provides access to the standard Experian CreditScore report with an additional item listed as 'Recommended Credit Limit' intended for use by credit managers. The CreditScore report includes key business facts, the business credit score, legal filings (such as liens, judgments and bankruptcies), payment summary, collection information and UCC counts.

+  How can I access the Tradeline detail, UCC detail, and Inquiry detail in each report?
The Business CreditScore Pro plan provides access to the standard Experian CreditScore (without Tradeline detail/UCC detail/Inquiry details). Each CreditScore report purchased under the plan includes a link at the bottom which will present the additional data for $15 more per report.

For an additional upfront cost, we also have an upgrade option that automatically shows that additional data (Tradeline detail/UCC detail/Inquiry detail) on all reports automatically. Contact us for more details.

+  At the end of each billing cycle, what happens to my subscription?
For monthly subscribers, as a general rule, we will renew your subscription on the same day of the month that the subscription was started. In cases where next month's renewal date doesn't exist (e.g. February 31st) we'll use the last day of that next month as the renewal date.

For annual subscribers, we will renew your subscription on the plan's yearly anniversary date.

Plans are renewed by 8:00AM ET on their renewal dates. You might not have access to the plan before 8:00AM ET on your monthly reset date.

+  How do I know how many more CreditScore reports I can see this month?
You can see the status of your report pulls by going to the logged in home page Dashboard/Home or 'My companies' page and looking at the section marked Your Business CreditScore Pro transactions. At the bottom of that information pane you'll see a line that provides a count and reads similar to: '12 of 30 reports pulled this monthly period. Monthly counters will reset on: 6/15/2017.'

+  I've retrieved all 30 reports this month. How do I know when I'll be billed again and have access to additional reports?
You can see the status of your report pulls by going to the 'My companies' page and looking at the section marked Your Business CreditScore Pro transactions. As a general rule, we will renew your subscription on the same day of the month that the subscription was started. In cases where next month's renewal date doesn't exist (e.g. February 31st) we'll use the last day of that next month as the renewal date.

Business CreditScore Pro subscribers that reach and exceed the maximum number of 30 reports in a given month are then issued individual report prices thereafter.

+  I didn't retrieve all 30 reports last month. Can I retrieve them in addition to the 30 reports I'm allowed this month?
No. Unused Business CreditScore Pro report requests do not get carried forward into future months. Please Contact us if you need access to more than 30 CreditScore reports per month.

+  Can I sign up for more than one Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan?
No. The Business CreditScore Pro plan is limited to one user account per entity. Please Contact us if you need access to more than 30 CreditScore reports per month.

+  Do you accept payments other than credit card?
As a general rule, the answer is No. Credit card billing is the preferred method of payment.

+  How can I get receipts?
You can get receipts for this billing activity by going to the 'My companies' page and looking at the section marked Your Business CreditScore Pro transactions. Within the transaction details you'll see sign up and renewal postings. From these, you can click the "Receipt" buttons to get to receipt pages. Alternatively, you can Contact us and ask us to email them to you.

+  Are there any restrictions to becoming a Business CreditScore Pro subscriber?
